A sketch project is typically developed within 3 weeks. Sketch plans (for obtaining building permits) cost:
- Houses up to 120m² – $480
- Houses from 120 to 200m² – from $4/m²
- Houses over 200m² – from $3/m²
This includes the master plan, floor plans, sections, facades, 3D views, and a technical and economic note.
